Basic Cleaning Package
Includes:

Floor care: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, everyday messes and staining.

Hard surfaces: dusting, sanitizing wipe-down, wood surface care.

Furniture: surface cleaning, vacuuming, everyday messes, light upholstery care.

Bathrooms: everyday upkeep, including toilets and baths/showers.

Basic miscellany: windows, taking out trash, sweeping off steps/porches, cobweb removal, etc.

Deep scrubbing: lime/hard water/gunk, kitchen grease buildup, children's wall graffiti, etc.
Upon request:

Low-use/low-visibility surfaces: walls, baseboards, decorative shelves, cabinet shelves, etc.

"White Glove" and Move-Out Cleaning
Cleaning everything in your home to landlord or buyer standards is one of the worst parts of moving.
Or maybe you're not moving, but facing some other situation that requires inspection-level cleanliness. (Maybe the CEO of your dad's Fortune 500 company is coming to dinner, you never know.)
If you'd like to not have to worry about hours and hours of painstaking cleaning, let GIST take over for you. ​We're talking about:

Cleaning inside and under major appliances; ovens, refrigerators, washers & dryers, etc.

Scrubbing walls, cabinets and baseboards.

Dusting & vacuuming out heating & air vents.

White Glove cleaning rates start at $40/hour, depending on the home and workload in question.

Tidying. Don't have time to tidy before GIST gets there? Struggle with daily clutter? No worries! Let us pick up after you. (Comes with a 100% "I'm not your mother"-free guarantee!) Includes pick-up of dishes, toys, clothes, everyday pet chaos, movies, books, papers, and other clutter. (Also includes labelled put-away bins upon client request.) +$2/hour

Washing. Many people's biggest cleaning struggle is "the washing". This add-on includes washing dishes and/or laundry to your specifications and preferences. +$3/hour (or $2/hour if added alongside Tidying.)

Pet Care. Busy work schedule, or going out of town for a few days? GIST can feed, walk, clean up after, and/or play with your fur/scale/water babies. $10/check-in ($15 for non-clients.)

Pet Poop Cleanup. Got a yard? Got a dog (or two or three?) Then this is a service you probably need. $20/occurrence.

Most of us have gone through times in our lives where, for one reason or another, the mess just grows and grows beyond our control. Working together, we will:

Assess the mess. Sometimes the hardest part is figuring out where to even start. We'll talk through what's causing you the most daily stress, what your most urgent needs are, and what the root causes of it are.

Make a plan. Taking the results of our assessment into account, we'll take a look at your budget, schedule, and where to start making a sustainable difference as we move into the project.

Get you to where you want to be. There is nothing quite like the relief of finally being free of a mess. Maybe we've managed to get the whole mess taken care of, and you can start anew; or maybe we haven't, but we have at least gotten you to a place where you feel like you can breathe again. Either way, the goal is to help you regain a sense of control, peace, and confidence.
